CORPORATE & MODERN TRAINING CONCEPTS

5 STEPS

towards a sustainable training concept

  • It is of the essence to understand the company's history, vision, mission and values.

With your goals in mind, please share the elements you have at your disposal to be able to achieve them successfully.

  • In this 2nd phase, the idea is to keep the starting situation in mind and zoom out. We could also use a word from cinematography: Dolly Zoom. The focus and lens remain on a situation or object, and at the same time, the image gains a wider horizon. This allows us to identify the elements that influence the starting situation. These points are important, as they will also influence the result in the future.

If we relate this to step 1, we'll focus on the external and internal factors influencing this.

  • Which teams, employees, customers and projects will be directly or indirectly affected by this project? Mapping will help us make these points of contact visible. This third step shows us the scope of the project.

  • Once we identify the target groups involved in the project, we can pick out the skill sets which are already successful, in order to train or develop further. Together, we draw up a list of softskills and hardskills.

  • Once the set of skills have been identified, together we choose if the knowledge is “in house” and what knowledge has to be outsourced. Putting this analysis, these factors and these elements together gives me the basis for creating a customized training concept.
