You can practice your yoga class regardless of location. You don't have to waste time getting to the studio, and you can choose to leave the camera on or off. Ideal for people suffering from back pain, lack of flexibility, weak core muscles and little or no grip strength (all very common problems), the Yoga Trapez allows you to experience a remarkable transformation.

Yoga Trapez is a fun and original way to introduce yourself to yoga, or to deepen your inverted asanas (postures) and increase the flexibility of your back.
